The Delphi Archaeological Site and Museum are typically open from 08:30 to 15:30 (last admission is 15:10) during the winter season from November through March. During summer (April - October), they are open for more hours from 08:00 to 20:00, except Tuesdays (10:00 - 17:00). The attraction is closed on the following days: 1 January, 25 March, 1 May, Easter Sunday, 25 December & 26 December. You have to walk along long paths to explore the various temples, altars, and treasuries, as well as the theater, stadium, and gymnasium. There is also the Delphi Archaeological Museum to explore, which houses sculptures, pottery, and other historical artefacts found at the site. Typically, a full tour of the archaeological site and museum takes around 4 to 5 hours, or half a day.

The most convenient way to visit Delphi is on a full-day guided tour, which will include transfers to and from Athens. This experience lasts for 10 hours, allowing you to explore the site and return to Athens on the same day.
